"Madelyn, pay attention to me! Your life is in danger." Lady Kathleen Mary Emmett snapped her fan shut, strolled to the window, and looked out at the rows of tombstones. She whirled around and glared at the village vicar's daughter. "If you don't pay attetntion to what I have to say, you will end up buried in the graveyard."
